Attorney Kevin Leeper represents clients across the country in immigration proceedings and clients in Massachusetts in criminal defense and related matters.
Immigration. Over 24 years, Attorney Leeper has helped hundreds of immigrants obtain legal citizenship and visas to the United States. Attorney Leeper represents clients in all matters related to immigration and naturalization; employment-based and family-based green card petitions and temporary visas; asylum, waivers, deportation and removal. Attorney Leeper is proud to work for families. He often helps individuals, and later, represents their family members in subsequent green card petitions.
Criminal. Attorney Leeper also represents clients who are charged with criminal offenses or want to avoid a potential charge in the state and federal courts in Massachusetts. He represents clients facing all charges, including traffic offenses, operating under the influence (OUI) and immigrants, who often face language barriers and need strong representation in police matters. He is skilled at analyzing the interplay between criminal and immigration law and how criminal charges might affect a client’s immigration status.
